Over the holidays we went shopping with our sister, who had mobility and mental issues. Garnet was our sales person who was kind and courteous and very helpful with showing us best mattresses for our sister. He offered great deals and good service. He forgot that Tempurpedic was having a sales on with each purchase of mattress the customer got two free pillows. What we did not know was how horrible the delivery service would be. Our sister was rudely treated, and non pleasant from beginning to end from the delivery person. Shame on him and his bad attitude.. He did not even set up base and mattress properly. He has NO intentions or inclination of even wanting to be there and argumentative. Her brother had to come after delivery person had been there to assist his sister with set up. Delivery person said they would have to come back to lower the legs. Weird. Not that it is any ones business that our sister lives in a low income apartment building and probably has more money than you or i do. She does not want to leave her place because of her friends. Shame on people who jump to conclusions about someones "statuses" because of where they live. Your company will not warranty her mattress because there had been beg bugs there 3 years ago in that building. Not sure what that has to do with the mechanical issues and frame of the bed. Would I go back, probably not. . Sorry Garnet.
