I find it very frustrating to get accurate and clear customer service. Is there virtually NO English speaking Canadians employed at this location, probably the others as well. Even when you call in, either no one answers at all or you can make selection and still no answer, or you can go through the front end customer service and they can transfer you, but still no one answers! Even in store, no workers. Grade them a -10. HIRE CANADIANS! No Tech
