Hello, just a few days ago I shopped at this store and bought a few items. The employee at the cashier desk was extremely mean and rude. She was rolling her eyes, showing attitude and it seemed like she REALLY did not want to be the. I found this very very upsetting as a customer who has shopped at Urban Planet for over 10 years. The employee's code is (cashier 129880). I would like to see improvement next time I shop here and would not like to see rude employees who ruin my mood. I really do wonder how these kinds of people get employed?. Overall bad experience!
