I recently went to the Hudson Bay store to have a security tag removed from a dress I had bought two months ago. Unfortunately, the staff could not remove the tag at all and asked me to provide proof of purchase. While I understand that store policies are in place to prevent theft, I felt that the staff's lack of willingness to help me was disappointing. suggesting that I may have stolen the dress was not only insulating but very uncalled for
