I visited kfc midtown and ordered plant base sandwich, that was very delicious and customer service given by harsh is great.

first time i visited they had no chicken. a KFC, without the C. finally visited a few weeks later and they had chicken, but it was a 30 minute wait for any. usually i;d be fine with that because hey, means its fresh at last, so nice and warm. turns out this time they forgot the 112 herbs and spices, so my chicken was blander then un-buttered white bread. honestly not sure how they can mess up the most basic item on their menu, but they managed
