My 89 year old mother in law went in to buy face cream, came out with her purchase found at home that she had been charges $2100. On Visa for product she didn’t ask for. Daughter tried to return unopened product stated that vine Vera does not take returns!!! That store is surrounded by vulnerable seniors and I am appalled that the owner has been allowed to remain open. Shame on vine Vera and shame on Market Mall

Started to use the product for eczema and rosecia a month ago and this product works amazing Been trying products for 20 years nothing helped this vine vera product is little expensive but worth every penny !!!!

I bought some of the product. It's nice. But I am so annoyed with the guy that works there I can't use it without getting annoyed. EVERY TIME I walk passed the store I am called at and he doesn't take my No Thank You seriously. I have been very polite the passed 7 times. He is so pushy and so inconsiderate of my time. I have told him that I already own a lifting cream and he insists that I tell him which one. EVERY Time. He then tries again to sell me more. I say no. He says that I should then buy body lotion. I say no. I am good. Thank you. I try to walk away again. He holds out a sample. I take it. Again. I try to leave. He asks if I am sure I don't want lotion. I say no. Today was the 7th time. I am no longer going to be polite. If it happens again. I am going to walk right up to him and tell him to take a long look at my face and then I will tell him that if he EVER calls to me again (even though I walk on the opposite side to try to avoid him), I am going to slap him to MAKE SURE HE REMEMBERS ME AND TO LEAVE ME ALONE.
