Wrong signage on highline fish , as both 500gm variety & 350gm variety were labelled as$4.97. Got to the till & found out that only Catch of the Day 350gm was that price. Couldn't figure out why I was charged $8.97.I showed the opening cashier that both varieties of Highliner had been priced as $4.97. I returned 500gm boxes×2 and replaced with a 350gm boxes. I didnt have to do this as it was the store's mistake for mis- Labelling the Lemon pepper

may 5-2022 got overcharged for celery >FINALLY got someone to talk to about it > Told that I would get price difference refunded on my credit card > I ask about Full Refund Under $10 Policy > She says freshco doesn't follow this policy UNLESS CUSTOMER ASKS FOR IT > REALLY,, even though through pandemic + inflation,, grocery stores continue getting rich,, freshco tries to CROOK customers even more ?? SHAMEFUL + EMBARASSING

aug 19-2021 > purchased 5 cobs of corn and had to punch each one in INDIVIDUALLY > Other stores ( superstore, no frill, save-on ) all you do is punch in corn and machine asks you how many >> this is a fairly new store,, too bad they didn't get tills that aren't from the 1900s

On June 12th I purchased 3 Tumbler Tomato hanging baskets. Took them home and kept them in the garden and took them i side for the night. They were watered properly and started to die through the week. On Saturday, June 19th and Sunday, June 20th I called the Freshco in Market Mall but customer service was not available. After trying for a number of times, I gave up. I need back my money, the tomato planters cost $15.00 each and I lost $45.00.

Love this store and most of the staff but Candace seems to have a few bad days. She berated an elderly woman because she dared to put a couple of items on the checkout before being granted permission. The poor woman tried to apologize but Candace was having nothing to do with that. What a disgusting way to behave.
