Today I went to Fabricland to buy a couple of pieces of cloth. Admittedly the place was busy today, but when I got into a cutting lineup of 3 people, the cutter disappeared to help the person in front of me and did not return for at least 10 or 15 min. In the mean time, someone came with a client that had been lucky enough to find help in the store and proceeded to cut his materials for him. She did not make him stand in line behind me. I phoned the store to see if having cutters disappear for long periods of time when there are people in a line up is considered acceptable and she told me it is if they are busy. To me this is terrible service and I will not be shopping there again if the store is busy - I may consider never going back if this is their policy!
