I have been going to Custom Cleaners in the College Park Mall for over 30 years. I was reminded once again why I continue to utilize their dry-cleaning services. The staff are outstanding and totally honest - if you need an article of clothing cleaned and they cannot meet the timeline required they will tell you. That way you can look at other options - the norm would be to say "sure" and then have reasons why the article of clothing was not ready when you went to pick it up. Custom Cleaners is not the norm. They will make mistakes but when they do they accept responsibility and will do everything possible to rectify the problem as quickly a possible. So great staff, great service - why go anywhere else.
