I was looking for a pair of walking shoes and went to the store in southland. They didn’t have three size I needed so said they would order for me. When we got to the till they tell us there was a $10 fee to order them in. Did not say that was non refundable. When I go the shoes they did not fit comfortably but I was told I could try them for up to 14 days. After the day I returned them and when we get to the Till we were told they would not return the & &10 fee that was charged to order them in. Has I known this at the start I never would have ordered them in to begin with.
