I ordered my coat on-line and upon receipt found the sleeves had to be taken in. Living in the country many hours from Regina I decided that I could mail the coat to Lada at Stitch-It and pick it up when I was driving through the following month. Lada worked with me on the specifics of the alteration, mailing logistics, etc. The net result was a superb alteration at a fair price and a coat I will wear with pride into the future. Thank you again.

I brought my grad dress to get it shortened and to get the slit closed partially. I was charged a very reasonable price for the shortening, and I got the slit done for free. Lada was SO kind and welcoming!! I told her what I wanted, and she gave me suggestions but was not pushy at all!!! Lada is a beautiful person and is fantastic at her job! I will definitely be going back to Lada with all my future business!

I have been there a few times and I find the service excellent. As soon as you walk in, you are greeted with a friendly smile and a warm welcome.
