If you ever wanted to find nonexistent customer service, and the rudest workers/ cashiers in the world, go to the Fabricland in Regina. They've lost so many customers, all my sewing friends refuse to go there, and for good reason. Never have i ever had anyone be so rude over simple questions, plus needed to ask over 5 times for someone to cut me some fabric. Stay away!

Went because they have a "seniors" time, only to see non seniors in line go before me. Waited 25 min. Once inside staff was not friendly or helpful. Pre-Covid, there was less staff and more customers now with more staff fewer customers are allowed in the store. Combine this with high prices it seems Fabricland is trying hard to put itself out of business.

They should be out of the business. They were rude, especially if they notice that your not from canada. They will not help you or at least ditect you to someone who could help you with... I asked for the price of the piece of fur because I’m willing to buy. Some lady said we measured by metre and then turn her back on me,eventhough Im not even finished my sentence, wow!! (I know you measured by metre). I was going to asked more questions but she looked like she’s was not willing to help me. So I just walked away... and your prices are ridiculously high compared to other shop, hopefully you stay on business.

I visited the Fabricland Norgath earlier this week - The store is bright, displays of merchandise were well laid out, and products I was looking for were easy to find, Happy to see the supply of yards was varied, and Notions were well displayed. AND, the staff went above and beyond to help me, and others,find what they were looking for! Thank you, again - However, there is one thing that I was searching for which was NOT carried - there was no supply of crochet Cotton in various colors...... Some of us, who crochet. also crochet wearing apparel, jewelry, socks, and so on - not just doilies or pillow tops! . If nothing else, it would be VERY helpful to have a handout that might lead us to a supply source for crochet cotton "yarn" IN a variety of colors. Yes, I do use yarns to crochet with too, but saw NO pattern books for creating beautiful Scarves, Wraps, Baby outfits, etc. As an aside, hand-made crochet items are washable. and wear well!!! PLEASE see if you can carry. or perhaps a customer could order, in and through your store. Manufactures are South Maid, DMC Cotton Perle, Lily's Mercerised Cotton, and others. These crochet cottons I would even be willing to purchase on line, if the color identifications were clear, so I could match it (them) to what I was using. Thank you, to the knowledgeable staff for good service, for the layout of the products, and for the excellent lighting in the store to truly see colors accurately. I hope you can add Crochet Coltton threads to your line of goods, on line if not right in the store! E. C.
