They lied to us! They told us that if we take a protection plan for three months for $100, they would give us $100 discount on the item we bought and that we can cancel it after three month without any problem. We accepted and they took the first payment in the store. Now, after three months, we called the protection company to cancel it and they told us that the first payment which they took from us was not for them and we have to pay for that remaining month as well as cancellation fee! I won't buy anything from Best Buy ever! They are liars, so don't trust them!
