Took my son shopping for a new coat on Saturday. He's a creature of comfort. And HATES new anything. The woman working that day took the time to coax my boy into trying on coats, and showed him in a mirror just what a handsome dude he was in a nice new coat! She made what would normally be a fight, into an enjoyable, quick errand
