Visited the mall and the staff was seated for a full hour in customer resting chairs. Terrible representation of the company and disappointing for customers who would like to use the chairs.

Dalton H and Alexis do not know what customer service is. Do not even have the correct pricing before speaking. Would rather visit with friends and text. Dalton has very poor attitude is rude and definitely lacks communication skills.
