Complètement dégoutée. 35$ pour me faire arracher mes faux ongles et me faire faire un shellac avec bosses en 7 minutes où on voit encore mon ancien vernis, sans prendre soin des cuticules et tout le reste. Service à la clientèle désagréable, traité comme des animaux, on comprend à peine ce qui nous est dit, on nous pousse à prendre des services plus chers à 50$ avec un rabais louche à 45 si on se montre réticent. Pas d hygiène, tout est sale, vieux et pas traité.
