I went there with some loose stones that I had bought to have them make jewelry out of. Among other things a big Tanzanite, a medium tanzanite and 10 small tanzanite. She was supposed ta make jewery out of 18ct gold since she knew I was allergic to 14 and 10ct. I payed almost 5000$ in advace and got the " first batch" after a few months. I took it to have it evaluated and it turns out it is only 14ct gold. And some of the settings very simple and cheap. I was told that the value of the collection was far less than what I have payed. But since I still had 2 rings to pick up that was not ready yet, I figured I will wait and see what the value of material and workmanship would be on them. A year after I went to pick up the rings, and she wanted 1000$ more / ring to let me have them!!! She said 800$ if I payed cash/ ring. I got suspicious since the other jewelry I had picked up had not been up to par. I payed for and took only one ring, the one with the big Tanzanite , and had it evaluated right away. Turns out it is only 10ct gold in this one, and the value far less that 2000$ that I had payed. + I can't wear it, I'm allergic to 10ct. When I finally went back to pick up the last ring, the one with 10 small Tanzanites for a total of 1.2ct, Turns out she only used 8 and had lost the other 2. I said I"m not picking up the ring unless I have all 10 stones with it, she was going to look for it and call me. She never called. I finally went back now before christmas to see if she had found the missing stones, turns out SHE LOST THE RING TOO. No ring to be found, I still have my ticket for the pick-up and she has nothing to show for it. I got to talk with her supervisor when I was back there for a 3rd time since christmas and still no ring. He told me basically to forget about it....... It's been too long and I don't know and bla bl a bla. He is very rude on the phone and blames it all on me. It has been to long according to him so it's my fault that they lost the ring.........! Yes it has been long, but don't blame that on me since you havn't been able to produce my ring with all 10 stones yet. And I had been there regurlarly during this time trying to recuperate what I payed for and MY stones. Still have no ring nor stones and she says she is sorry and wants me to forget about it........ In my opinion that is robbery...... in a polite way. I would never buy or leave any jewelry with these people, you don't know what you are really buying, it is overpriced and they loose pieces that they don't replace or refunds. She is very good at talking and becomes your "friend" right away so she can talk you in to believing anything she says. Mind you it is not true. I payed fot 18ct gold, ended up with 14 and 10ct and on top of that they lost one piece. I would give 0 stars if I could. Don't go there, save your money for someone honest.
