Service excécrable au Bentley Sherbrooke Carrefour de l’Estrie. N’ont pas voulu accepter un remboursement pour un item neuf reçu en cadeau, avec la facture originale et respectant les conditions de retour sous prétexte que ce n’était pas la carte de crédit originale. Comme il s’agit d’un cadeau, il va de soit que la carte de crédit de l’achat n’est pas la nôtre. Il a fallu aller au Bentley Drummondville pour recevoir le service adéquat.
