We dealt with this store and never again. We signed a contract , from them, for Virgin Plus. They lied to us from the beginning and we got caught up , in the bullshit. They gave us a garbage phone and when I figured it out , we cancelled with Virgin Plus. Now , because they did not advise Virgin and did not return the phone , Virgin is harassing us to pay a bill. Never deal with this store , they are incompetent!
