Je suis allée accompagnée à la boutique B2 le 12 août 2020. Désinfections mains à l’entrée ok. 2 jeunes filles près de la caisse, elles regardent leurs cellulaires, aucun bonjour avez vous besoin d’aide pendant que j’essaie une sandale, je les regarde à plusieurs reprises pour avoir une grandeur , toujours pas de contact visuel, nous attendons plusieurs minutes à les regarder s’échanger des infos sur leurs cellulaires, finalement nous sommes choquées pas de service Si je serais leur patron, elles seraient aux chômage, déjà en temps de COVID-19 disons que vos ventes ont besoins d’un coup de pouce, finalement le bon service d’un jeune homme chez Brown a fait une bonne vente. 5 étoiles pour le jeune homme chez Browns, 0 pour les jeunes filles de B2 elles auraient dû fermer la porte d’entrée ça aurait rien changé.
