We purchased seven different size pictures at three different time during a one week span. The first three times we were served very well and a very willing employee even offering us to change the grey frames to black ones. Today we realized two frames were rounded and all.the rest were square. My husband went in this morning to xhange two frames only to be told he must return with the bill. We returned with the bill for one as my husbamd couldn't find the the other one. The manager then said we bought a two pack set therefor the frames couldn't be changed. When we said no they were two separate frames and one had been a special order. Then it was you have the wires on it. And only one bill. It was if she couldn't be bothered to change the frames. It was one excuse after another for why she wouldn't change the frames.Finally leaving the store I realized the pictures were bought on my visa card so I went back to show her the three purchases on my visa card. Well these are not detailed bills. I THINK NO MATTER WHAT WE SAID SHE WAS NOT HELPFUL AT ALL. I don't think she should be in customer service because obviously her motto is anything to Not please the customer after the initial purchase was complete. She was Argumentative from the get go.Nice way to treat customers. I truly hope the other managers have a better sense of how to deliver good customer service. We were so angry that there was another photo that was 100 dollars that we left left behind because I called her out on being totally unco-operative . I wouldn't have someone of her inability to reason with a customer as my empoyee. I don't think she likes her job. All under the guise by standing by the companies policy. She deserves the award for most uncooperative salesperson ever. The young girl was total opposite of the manager. Friendly, helpful and jolly. The epitome for an amazing sales rep. I think the store would actually be better if the young girl served everyone . The manager could take lessons from the other girl. In the end I asked to leave the store or she would call security. BRAVO well.done. We spend 95.00 the first time 76,00 the third time and 20.72 the forth time. Good luck because not only will.we not go back there, we will advise any and everyone about the managers attitude and to not shop.on this store ever.
