Au début de l'été j'ai apporte mon fitbit pour remplacer la pile. J'ai demandé si on vendait la Cr 2025 au lithium 3 volt. La préposée a pris mon fitbit, a change la pile et m'a redonné le fitbit avec la facture me disait que cette pile est remplaçable à vie. Je n'ai pas vérifié ma facture. Ce matin j'y suis retournée car ma pile était vidée. Et j'ai constaté que la vendeuse m'avait installé une 2015 comme celle qu'elle avait enlevée. Ce qui est totalement impossible car je n'ai pas de pile 2015 en main. De plus cette vendeuse a été condescendante et à la limite de l'impolitesse.
