Husband bought a boardgame for me from their website. Game arrived with noticeable box damage (external shipping box not damaged - game must have been shipped in that condition). The person he talked to over the phone refused to give a refund/exchange, only willing to give a $10 store credit. So not only has he been forced to pay for a damaged game, he has to give even more money to the store to get a paltry amount back. Total bait and switch!
