Very disappointed with Swarovski. I sent out to repair my necklace which had 5 crystals missing and they called me saying it was ready and it wasn’t. It was “refused” by the head office saying that too many stones are missing and that they cannot repair it anymore. When she gave me back the necklace 18 crystals were missing!! What is this??? This is ridiculous. Lori, the employee at this location, didn’t even apologize, no understanding whatsoever. 0 customer service. If not the worst. Swarovski is over for me. Quality has gone down dramatically. Even things I buy from Pandora last way longer than with Swarovski. Not only their crystals fall, you have to pay to repair them. I’m so done. Now I have to find another place to fix my necklace because it has a lot of emotional value to me. Extremely disappointed
