DO NOT BUY FROM THESE DOUBLE-TALKING THIEVES, THEY'LL RIP YOU OFF, ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Brought a Bulova watch to be repaired in JUNE for the metal of the #2 to be set back in place, paid shipping costs, watch came back in July. Paid for the repair, got home and realized that the metal was crooked, BAD REPAIR. Showed it to them, they sent it back, waited another couple of weeks. Watch came back with the metal set right but now the all the metal for the #1 was completely missing! They tried to tell me that it was missing all the time! (the watch was never opened until them). They showed me blurry pictures that proved nothing. They told me that the repair company will have a picture of how the watch arrived, but he was on vacation until the end of September! I went back to the store a few days ago (October now!). They did not provide me with 'proof' that the metal was never there . They admitted that maybe the repair shop lost it and didn't realize it. Then the manager, who resembles Watto from Star Wars, double-talks me, saying that he won't charge me for some fake added charge, making me feel like I was getting money back, told me a pack of "customer is always right" lies. When I challenged him about it, he refused to pay me back for the repair. He would not admit that he made the watch worse!
