I love Lux! I almost walked passed them without bothering to really take a look, but one of the ladies caught my eye with a warm smile and friendly upbeat greeting. So I stopped and looked around. I didn’t buy anything my first time there but I went back another day and found a cute pendant necklace I had customized for my nephew. I’ve been back multiple times and I tell all my friends to go. They have such a great selection of jewelry and I always get great service. They take their time with their customers and they’re always so friendly and upbeat. I wish I got this customer service everywhere I shop!
