I originally was intrigued by the store due to it's nice accessories which is why I'm giving this 2 stars. The other stars are missing because they are unprofessional when it comes to prescription sunglasses and customer service. I was told that it should take less than a week for them to receive my sunglasses. I called the store a little over a week later to ask if they had received my sunglasses and the manager assured me that on the following monday they will have received them for sure. I went back to the store on the following wednesday night thinking maybe they wrote it down that they did not have to call when they received my sunglasses, since I spoke to the manager on the phone. Arriving to the store, the doors were closed with a sign saying "back in 10 minutes". We waited 20 minutes for the girl to come back with her boyfriend and pointing at the people waiting and saying "See I told you so" and welcoming us in sarcastically saying "come on in everybody" as she looked at her boyfriend. I told her I came to pick up my sunglasses and she began to act extremely rude with me when I asked if I could have her managers phone number to find out where my sunglasses where. I don't understand how this place could be this disorganized. I do not recommend if you want prescription sunglasses.
