S.Taylor et moi étions à nouveau au centre de service Bell Fairview, nous avons encore été content de reparler avec Mika Gordon. Il nous reçoit avec le sourire , nous reconnaît et encore est très disponible pour nos questions : il connaît les produits . Il nous aide dans notre réflexion et ensuite avec nos achats . Il aime sa job, patient et courtois merci à lui. Toujours nous confiants et comprenons qu’il est bien dans ce travail .

I went through 2 days of pure hell dealing with Bell mobility over the phone. I constantly go disconnected and had to start from scratch each time. Bell cancelled my contract without informing me and did not want to give me back the deal they had agreed to. Then I went to Bell Fairview and Gabrielle the manager took care of me and made everything so seamless. She truly knows what great customer service means. Don’t waste your time anywhere else.
