The owner of this company yelled at me and hung up when I said I needed to cancel my appointment. I told him I had a work thing, at which point he became irate. The colour I had done there prior was only ok. I told the elderly lady that I bleach/lighten very quickly and to watch my highlights. She stuck me under a dryer with bleach on my hair, she left me there for 30 minutes and I left looking like a skunk. I gave them another chance and got yelled at. Stay away from these horrible people.
