Dirty. Shelves sloppy, many undtocked, many items not stocked. Staff extremely hard to find. Often no carts!

My grocery order is 6 hours late. I have tried calling the store 5 times since this morning and there is NO ANSWER! I tried the chat option from the Walmart website and that was useless as well.
