I bought a small backpack exactly 2 wks ago. One of the inside zippers is defective. I went back, and after the owner tried to fix it an couldn’t he told me it was my fault and that I didn’t need that z zippered pocket anyway. He was quite rude and essentially told me to get lost , it was all my fault , and he wouldn’t take any responsibility for the defective item he sold me. I urge anyone to do business here to ck.yr pichase VERY carefully.
