Went to Place Vertu on Boxing Day, (december 26th, 2018) shopping for a good deal. At noon, stopped at the Valentine counter in the food court. Ordered a steamed hot dog, fries and a bottle of water. Found a place to seat, and started enjoying, I tought' good fast food. The fries were re-heated, dried, and became instantly cold. I picked up the hot-dog, the bread was cold, not steamed at all, and the sausage was raw. I was so mad, trew the whole tray in the garbage. The two employees (a young woman and an older man) working that day are incompetent, they crooked me in serving uncooked food. Very bad experience. There are many other restaurant in the food court, avoid Valentine at all cost.
