Alexa whom I think is the boss , is very rude . I had a bad hair dye incident and asked to come back to get it fixed I was told by Alexa 3 times it was for ZERO FEES. I get there and they do a bleach shampoo , only after that does Alexa come up to me and tell me she will have to charge me . MY HAIR WAS BLEACH ORANGE . Completely felt trapped and taken advantage of . Horrible
