I went to fix my gold necklace’s lock there. I could not believe that the lady didn’t recognize 18 carats gold. Plus she wanted to charge me $137 for a little lock. I asked why, I told her that I thought it was expensive she got extremely upset, raised her voice and used horrible language. I was very upset of her unprofessional behaviour and left. I went to one of a well known Jeweler and ended up paying only $40!!! I was disgusted by them.
