I am familiar with this shop and had never had any complains. But today the sailor Michaela proposed to help me and forgot about it not once but three time. She was supposed to pick up a top while I was trying clothes and I had to search for her at the end, as she was helping other customers and totally forgot about me. The 1st and 2nd time I saw her coming back with clothes for other customers and she just looked at me and said: "OhI forgot about you!!!!" How great is this. I was really polite initially but felt offended since she didn't even apologize. I will move on the other Aritzia and forget about this one.
