I purchased two $500 items on line, one of which never functioned and was finally declared irreparable by a technician. The store where they were purchased no longer had them in stock. It became my problem. They gave me a list of places where I should be able to find the item. They refuse any responsibility for delivery forcing me to pay (rental vehicle) twice to obtain something that should have worked originally. Customer Service ZERO!
