I took my watch (Tissot) in to get a new battery. It was ruined! First thing that should have been communicated to me was that being as it was a unique watch she was not authorized (could not guarantee) that touching my watch could damage my watch. Obviously said manager is inexperienced in this brand of watch. She was not even able to reclose my watch but instead put scotch tape around it. Voila...... go on with your life. When I took it to a Tissot representative, I was told that she had definately damanged my watch! When I happened to mention this occurance to my neighbour, I was told that he too had an issue with this manager and his watch too was damaged when inserting a new battery. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS ESTABLISHMENT FOR THE INSERTION OF NEW BATTERIES!
