Losers are Winners took me on as a client, at my mothers request, when I was 15 years old and weighed under 120 lb, to lose 4 lb. when it proved difficult to lose the 4 lb, I certainly felt like a loser and I can say with certainty that Losers Are Winners contributed to an adolescence and adulthood of disordered eating.
