Manager is very rude, and doesn't have the knowledge to run a store. He is very abrupt, and makes one feel they're imposing on his time. When told I felt rushed, he said he was a very busy man. I had to remind him that as a client, I was his priority. He attempted to overcharge me, and when I complained, the price dropped from 1000.00 to 700.00. Other Greiche stores were great. He is a liability, and maked G & S look so bad. Fire him.

I spent around $750 here, $100 on eye exam, $650 on glasses. When I dropped in to pick them up they nearly took my head off because I hadn't been called. So I go home and wait ... and wait ... and wait. One month later still no glasses. :(

I visited this place today and asked about the cost of an eye exam and prescription glasses. The optometrist was very abrupt and unfriendly.I won't go here anymore.
