Le Service est décevant, un employé explique la promo en Assurant qu’il n’y a pas de frais cachés. Il me montre les montures. Une fois fait le choix, il m’annonce qu’il y a des frais obligatoires (supplementaires au prix promo). Je reviens sur son explication pour sígnaler les incoherences (prix trompeurs, promos fautives) Sa collègue intervient et me questionne sur mon choix de montures, et des nouveaux frais cachés sur les verres. Arnaque!
