I was a returning customer. This time I had a pair of sun glasses which needed the lenses changed. I had not purchased the glasses at this store, however, was willing to pay to have the lenses changed. The person who served me said we do not sell that brand here and therefore can't help you. I then went to another store in the same mall called Zeyu. Changed my lenses for free. Never again Greiche & Scaff. Terrible customer service.
