I dont know where to begin with the most horrible Service I have ever had in my life. My girlfriend and I dealt with a liar named Akim. First off....my girlfriend had a cracked screen and a sensor issue. We were conned by Akim. He said that he would do a cleaning which may be the only issue with the phone and would call before any other work would be done and at that point we could decide to change the screen also. He told us at that point if he changed the screen and it didn't work that he would put the old screen on and not charge for that...only the cleaning. Great we thought...how can we lose..... he also said everything would be done by the 26th. So on the 26th we had to call him and he said he they did the cleaning and fixed the connection issue without any authorization to do so...he was supposed to call before doing any work...although he did find the issue..great...so he then asked if we wanted to change the screen. Sure we said...it will take a day. Great. A day passes...2 days pass...finally 12 days later we had to call them to find out its ready. So I picked up the phone and the phone worked for maybe 30 minutes and then we had all kinds of problems. Well he did say if it didn't work he wouldn't charge us for the work...so we went back to Akim and he was very rude. He said he never said that he would would not charge us if the screen didn't work and offered to pay us back only 90$ out of 150$ he charged for the screen on top of the other work he did. He kept refusing to pay the whole amount. I lost my temper and had to leave the store. This man Akim is a liar. Do not trust a thing he says and if you have a cracked screen go somewhere else even if it costs more. Do not trust Akim. I hope this guy loses his job. So unprofessional and shitty workmanship. My girlfriend's cracked screen works better then his fixed screen.

Hi, I was in your store around 12 o'clock today June 1. The guy was using his phone while talking to me. Besides, he sais that I should not cancel with my cable provider implying that I would be reimbursed if not satisfied. You don't reimburse. Then, he doesn't explain well.
