I missed the part where DeCabana seller of Joseph Ribcoff their policy is sale items returned for exchange or store credit. Im upset being a senior and a widow on a pension. Have to be careful with money so I can pay bills and manage to save for a few extras. I purchased two dresses one did not fit properly and the other Looked much better online. First time I ordered clothes online so I was naive. customer service would not return my money

If you are from the US and thinking about ordering from this company - think twice. I purchased 3 blouses and returned them within the given 14 day return window. Although their web site advertises hassle free returns and a money back guarantee, my experience was not what was represented. In fine print on another page, you find out there is a $25 fee for the return which the store charges and then the postage which has to be through UPS which was another $30 and that wasn't expedited in any way. The crowning blow was a customs charge of $63 which was never represented anywhere and is based upon the cost of the goods. When I asked the store to help with this because I was only returning goods, their response was "You have to call UPS. It's beyond my control." If this store ships to the US and processes any returns, they should disclose this. As a buyer you have no way of knowing that it isn't just easy to return a purchase. Save yourself the trouble and don't order anything here. They were extremely unhelpful.
