I bought a table and chairs in Laval, QC Canada.The chairs received were not like the ones in store. There was a relax mechanism with the chair, which we really liked when we tried it in the store and decided it was worth the extra money (about 1500$ each chair!). Before we bought them, we were told we could adjust the mechanism to our needs but it ended up not true. The mechanism was a lot harder than in the store (and non adjustable), which is not useful for anyone under 250 pounds, unless your goals is to get abs after dinner. We contacted them and tried to get a refund for the chairs, or at least a discount because it was not what we bought and paid for. They had the worst possible service for a luxury brand. They ended up doing absolutely nothing.For sure, we will never go back there.
