I called today August 16, around 6:45 to post office customer service, I know that it’s closed. But I have big concerns disappointed about the box that I left yesterday to scan today but they did nothing specifically I ask to leave a note for them to scan it. An old lady answered the phone and disrespected me with her tone of voice “saying the post office is closed ! the post office is closed. She didn’t even wanna let me finish talking about something else. When I ask If one of the employee that was supposed to scan my shipment. She just answered me soooo unprofessional !! “I don’t know.” When I called again to customer service department, A young man answered and told me very little information such as “I don’t know” They know nothing ? Like A bunch of stupid employees? Why let unprofessional people work here. Worst day service I had so far
