Je suis allé pour une égraineuse. La dame me montre les différents modèles. Je demande s'ils en ont en Stainless steel, elle n'est pas certaine et demande à une personne à l'arrière du magasin je présume un gérant ou propriétaire. Il vient me voir pour répondre à ma question et m'assure que des égraineuses en stainless steel n'existe pas. Ils ont eu même des Fabriquant et c'est impossible. Alors j'en choisis un selon les recommandations de la personne. J'arrive à la maison et je fais des recherches et tien donc le Herb Ripper modèle est 100% medical grade Stainless steel exactement ce que j'avais demander Je cherchais quelque chose en particulier et il ma assurer que ça n'existait pas. Je suis déçu du service reçu de cet personne qui aurait tout simplement pu me dire qu'il ne savait pas ou qu'il n'en avait pas.
