Stopped by for mani/pedi yesterday. The pedicure was first and it was done normally. Very few staff working and they turned no one away, but put them into " assembly line" for service. When the time came for nail polish to be applied, we were asked to pay up front in cash. No debit or credit cards accepted, yet the website states they accept these. One lady who appeared to be running the show had everyone lined up on hard backed chairs and was literally going down the row polishing hands and feet on the floor. She just barked orders at everyone: " sit back, Relax your hand, don't move " Never have I experienced such a street corner mentality. The nail polish bottles were even on the floor ( ?? dept of health concern) There has to be some standard of client service for these business. People, do not visit this establishment and if the owner is reading this, SHAME ON YOU for allowing this to go on for the sake of money !!
