Mes écouteurs ne fonctionnent plus, j'ai pris la garentie prolongée donc je m'attendais que je puisse pouvoir les échangés. Ça fait des mois que j'appelle et je vais en magasin pour essayer d'arrenger ça, mais mon sevice avec les employés est affreux, ils ne sont pas aidant et bêtes! Alors, j'ai demandé de parler au gérent, il n'était pas là donc je suis retourné la semaine même. Le gérent n'était pas plus aidant, il m'a dit qu'il allait me rappeler la journée-semaine même pour une réponse à mon problème... Ça fait maintenant 3 semaine que j'attend une réponse, et j'appelle régulièrement!! Tout ce que j'ai à dire c'est que je suis décue de l'attitude de certains employés et surtout le gérent. Ils sont supposés m'aider, je suis patiente pour ses choses là, mais pas quand on me manque de respect comme ça...

Bought an Ipod over a year ago and was SOLD an additional guarantee/warranty on damage and was told was fully covered under warranty by the sales person, as I was buying this for a teen. A little less than a year after the screen was accidentally cracked, but did not stop it from working fully. Was told, sorry you were misinformed. As it was cracked, nul and void any apple warranty on it. WHAT! Manager didn't give a rats ass. Same manager looks after the one at the Galerie de Hull. This past Dec. 2018, we bought a new cell phone and was told that the package we too had 1gb of data. Noticed it wasn't written on the invoice, so asked why, they said no worries, you have it. NOT!!! Guess what, when the bill arrived and I called Bell, they said our plan didn't have 1gb of data. Had to argue with Bell. Two times I was misled by the employees that just say whatever to get a sale at La Source. Will NEVER do business again with La Source.
