Ive been a client of rogers for many years and always had good service. Today i was astounded to how i was treated at the hull location. I ordered a phone and case and was there to pick it up. First they couldnt find it. Then they found the phone and not the case. They proceedes to tell me that it hadnt arrived and that they couldnt have called me because my name was on their spreadsheet. I took out my cell ti show the guy how wrong he was and that their miscommunication is not my problem or concern. Then he started to activate it and decided to hand me off instead since he had a personal call that seemed more important. I was completely insulted. The guy who pucked up the slack was nice and did his best to make it pleasant but honestly i hust wasnt imoressed. Not to mention i had to go back because they screwed up the sim activation. Not once did anyone smile or greet me. Not once did anyone apologize and just iwn up to screwing up or even try to fix it. I was there over an hour dealing with this. Im completely disappointed and will not go back to that location or recommend it. If you can go to another roger location i recommend you do so.
