Premièrement l optometriste est difficle à comprendre,impatiente ,et manque de savoir vivre,même impolie.J ai téléphoné pour savoir si il avait reçu mes lunettes,la réponse oui très évasive comme si je la dérangeait . Elle m a dit on va vous téléphoner pour venir les cherchers. Deux jours plus tard je m y suis rendu pour aller chercher mes lunettes,sans téléphoner, car j attendrais encore. Plus jamais je ferai affaire avec eux

Service à la clientèle terrible: impatients, impolis...bref ils refusent, repoussent des clients ? En pleine pandémie et zéro service: répondent du bout des lèvres aux questions par ''sais pas'', ''on ne peut pas vous dire'' ''pas certaine'' etc. A EVITER...
